Parents who bought the garment on zibizoop.com and whose child has grown. Please wait about twelve months from purchase, and write to us before eighteen months have passed.

What you receive

A coupon worth 20% of the price you actually paid for that piece — not a struck-through MRP. The coupon follows the same six-month validity as other Zibi Zoop coupons.

What we do with the clothes

Please send the garment clean and dry. We do not resell it in the shop. Accepted pieces are donated to children who can use them.

What we cannot accept

Clothes bought elsewhere, pieces that are wet, mouldy or torn beyond wear, and toys. Toys stay on the returns page.

How to begin

Email the order number, the item name and a photo to contact@zibizoop.com. Wait for the give-back address. Please do not post until we confirm, so the coupon can be matched to the right order.
