      Handmade pieces

      Many garments are made by hand in and around Jaipur. A small shift in colour, print or stitch is the nature of that work, not a fault in the piece.

      Prices and payment

      Prices may change. If we find that a listed price is wrong, we will write to you before we ship or we will cancel that line and tell you. Cards, UPI, wallets, PayPal (on international currencies) and other methods run through Razorpay. Zibi Zoop does not store card numbers.

      Shipping

      India: complimentary delivery over ₹999. International: complimentary delivery over ₹5,999. Customs or VAT charged by your country are paid by you to the courier if asked. Delivery windows live on the Shipping page.

      Governing law

      These terms follow the laws of Rajasthan, India. Courts in that state have jurisdiction.

      Zibi Zoop began in Jaipur in 2026 as a small studio. We chose quality over quantity — fewer pieces, made with care, so a child can play, celebrate and grow in colour that feels like home.

      Giving back

      Three to four percent of our profit goes to social work. After about a year of wear, you may send a garment that is still in good condition. We offer a 20% coupon on what you paid, and we pass those clothes to children who can use them.
