How long you have

Unworn clothing with tags may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

For orders delivered in India, the 7 days are counted from the exact date and time we mark the order delivered. For international orders, the 7 days are counted from the date of delivery.

Orders inside India

Please write to us first with the order number and a photo. Wait for the return address before you post anything, so we can match the parcel to your order. Return shipping inside India is complimentary once we have shared the return label or pickup.

Once we receive the piece in good condition, we issue a coupon for the amount you paid, valid for six months.

International orders

You may still return or exchange unworn clothing within 7 days of the delivery date. Return postage from your country is paid by you. Please write to us first; we will share the return address. Do not post the parcel until we reply.

If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, send clear photos within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement. If we ask you to post it back for a damage claim we have accepted, we will guide you on cost.

Toys

Toys are not returnable for a change of mind. If a toy arrives damaged or does not work, please send a short video within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement.

What we cannot take back

Worn, washed or damaged pieces (except a damage claim we have already accepted), items bought from another shop, and parcels sent without our return address.
