      Where we ship

      We ship across India and to addresses worldwide. Every parcel leaves from Jaipur.

      Delivery charges

      India: complimentary shipping on orders of ₹999 and above. Below ₹999, delivery is ₹99.

      International: complimentary shipping on orders of ₹5,999 and above. Below that, the international delivery amount shown at checkout applies.

      How long it usually takes

      India: about 5–7 business days after we confirm the order.

      United States: about 5–9 business days. United Kingdom: about 4–8. Europe: about 5–10. Canada: about 6–10. Australia: about 6–12. Other countries: about 6–12 business days. These are estimates; courier delays can happen during festivals or weather.

      Customs and taxes abroad

      We do not add hidden fees at checkout. If your country charges import duty or VAT, the courier may collect that on delivery. That amount belongs to your customs office, not to Zibi Zoop. Please write to us before you order if you would like help understanding this.

      Three to four percent of our profit goes to social work. After about a year of wear, you may send a garment that is still in good condition. We offer a 20% coupon on what you paid, and we pass those clothes to children who can use them.
